What Amaranth is not

The fastest way to understand us: everything we refuse to be.

It's often as important to say what we are not as what we are.

  • Not a clinic.

We own no scanner and no scalpel — which is exactly why we can tell you honestly where the best ones are.

  • Not a longevity center.

No program to sell you, no building to fill. When a program truly fits you, we'll name the best one — and earn nothing when you join.

  • Not a lab.

We sell no tests. We tell you which tests answer your question — and which ones only answer someone's sales plan.

  • Not a medical-tourism agency.

Brokers are paid by the hospitals they fill. Ask them. Then ask us: we're paid by you, and by no hospital on earth.

  • Not concierge medicine.

They sell faster access to their own doctors. We have no doctors to sell — we hunt the world's, and sometimes tell you to travel nowhere and do less.

  • Not a directory.

Nothing we recommend can be bought into. No clinic has ever paid to be on our lists, and none ever will.

  • Not insurance.

We don't pay for your care and we don't ration it. We make sure you choose it brilliantly.

  • Not a wellness newsletter.

No tips, no trends, no miracle mornings. We write rarely, about evidence, for real decisions.

  • Not a data business.

Your story helps you. It is never sold, never shared, and it leaves with you the day you ask.

  • Not your doctor.

We never diagnose, prescribe, or treat. Doctors decide medicine; you decide your life; we make sure you decide it knowing everything.

Strip all of that away and what's left is the one thing medicine never gave you: someone on your side of the table, searching the world for you, paid to be right and for nothing else.
