Your Privacy
We can't reveal what we never know.
Health is the most private thing you have. Maybe you're a known name. Maybe your business partners shouldn't wonder. Maybe it's simply nobody's business. Whatever your reason, here is how we built for it.
To us, you can be a code — not a name.
From your first message to your final report, everything can run under a code. The people researching your case can do their best work without ever knowing who they're working for.
No clinic ever hears about you from us.
We never announce you, introduce you, or inquire on your behalf without your say. When you're ready to contact a doctor, you make the move — and only then.
Your name goes only where you take it.
The one moment identity truly matters is when a doctor takes you into care. At that moment it passes directly from you to them, under an agreement between the two of you — it never sits with us.
Our recommendations are blind.
The people scoring clinics for you can't see any business relationship anywhere near us. Merit in, judgment out — nothing else in the room.
Said honestly
We won't seduce you with the word "anonymity" — no honest firm can promise the world never finds anything out. What we can promise is simpler and stronger: we hold nothing that names you, so there is nothing at Amaranth to leak, subpoena, or steal. One small exception, kept for your own safety: we know your country — nothing more precise — so that if something ever looks urgent, we can point you to the right emergency care, fast.
Your records live encrypted in Europe, under keys that you hold. And if you ever leave, everything leaves with you — and nothing stays behind.
A room in which nothing you say leaves without you.
