What we will never take

• No referral fees. Ever.

  Not from clinics, hospitals, doctors, labs, or health companies. Not in any form, from any side, in any amount.

• No one can buy their way into our recommendations.

  There is no price for appearing on our shortlists. The only way in is being genuinely good — and proving it.

• No quiet year-end kickbacks.

  The industry's favorite trick: call it a "volume bonus" and pay it in December. We name it and refuse it — a rebate with patience is still a bribe.

• No bonuses when you say yes.

  Nobody at Amaranth — not even our expert reviewers — earns anything extra when you go ahead with a treatment. Advice paid by your yes stops being advice.

• No markups, no margins.

  Anything we arrange for you is passed through at exactly what it costs. When our size wins a discount, the discount is yours.

• Your information is never for sale.

  Not sold, not shared, not "monetized." It exists to help you, and for nothing else on this earth.

What that buys you

Advice with no thumb on the scale. Our fee is fixed. We earn exactly the same whether you have the surgery or skip it, fly to Tokyo or stay home, spend a fortune or save one. So when we say "do it," it's because the evidence says so — and when we say "you don't need this," believe it, because we're the only ones in your healthcare who can afford to say it.

It happens all the time: a partner offers us a commission, because everyone else takes them. Our standing answer: make it the client's discount instead. Working with us can make your care cheaper. It can never make our advice richer.
